Appellation: Finca Viñas del Adagio, Perdriel, Lujan de Cuyo, Mendoza, Argentina


- Soil: Shallow, very permeable, gravelly alluvial loam soils; north-south row orientation on terraces sloping west-east to the Mendoza River.

- Altitude: 950 m.a.s.l

- Climate: Cold winters, mild springs, warm and dry summers, which, combined with a large diurnal temperature range, provide an ideal microclimate for the production of structured red wines with a long and persistent finish.

- Harvest: First and second weeks of April; grapes are hand-picked into 18-kg boxes, clusters are selected by hand.


- Cold maceration: At 5 to 7ºC for 8 days

- Fermentation: Selected yeasts at 24 to 26ºC for 7 days

- Post-fermentation maceration: At 22ºC from 10 to 12 days

- Malolactic fermentation: 100% Natural

- Tasting Notes: Deep ruby red; very elegant; intense fruity and immediate aromas. A fleshy, easy mouthfeel that leads to its seductive sensuality. Drinkable, hip and cool, refined.
