- Soil:Shallow, very permeable, gravelly alluvial loam soils; north-south row orientation on terraces sloping west-east to the Mendoza River.

- Altitude: 950 m.a.s.l

- Climate: Cold winters, mild springs, warm and dry summers, which, combined with a large diurnal temperature range, provide an ideal microclimate for the production of structured red wines with a long and persistent finish.

- Harvest: First and second weeks of April; grapes are hand-picked into 18-kg boxes, clusters are selected by hand.


- Cold maceration: At 5 to 7ºC for 8 days

- Fermentation: Selected yeasts at 24 to 26ºC for 7 days

- Post-fermentation maceration:At 22ºC from 4 to 6 days

-Malolactic fermentation: 100% Natural


- Minimum bottle aging: 10 months

- Tasting Notes: Crimson red with purplish hues; enveloping fruity well-defined and immediate aromas with a touch of blackberries, long and persistent. Fleshy, easy mouthfeel from ripe tannins. No wood aging ensures full varietal expression of this Malbec.

- Filtration: In order to preserve its excellent structure, this wine has not been filtered and a light sediment may form.

- Cellaring: 7 years
