Adagio Malbec

Adagio Malbec

Vermilion red with bluish opalescence, particularly sensuous because of its very Perdriel yet intensely fruity aromas. At first, its concentration may evoke a New World Wine, but then it gradually subsides into enjoyable relaxed aromas.

The term that best describes this wine is voluptuousness, expressed by fleshy and sensuous flavors that fill, permeate and linger in the mouth for a long time.

Versatility is another trait that makes it an excellent companion to a gourmet meal

Adagio Chardonnay

Beautifully golden with fashionable emerald highlights, intense, extroverted –almost provocative– aromas that gradually fade into the traditional fragrances of this variety, and a fresh rather intimate charm.

To preserve its lingering aromas, do not serve it too cold. When cool, not frappé (steamy glass), it expresses itself in the mouth as an aristocratic and affable white wine with an elegantly subtle taste of honey and pears.

Its roundness makes it more suitable for pasta than for shellfish and seafood.

Rosa del Desierto Sangre de Malbec

Rosa del Desierto Sangre de Malbec

A tremulous, pale rose, typical vin d’une nuit, result of a single-night Malbec grape vinification.

Its glamour emanates from an acid freshness mellowed by a tenuous hint of sugar, the residue of such a peremptory process. Its secret charm is not easy to detect but, once it is found, it lends itself well to pleasant gourmet combinations with pasta and chili sauce, Chinese rice with vegetables, and oceanic options like ceviche and marinara mussels.

The suggestion is to serve it very cold.
